5Mb 5minutes 16 Seconds. 128kbps mono. Douglas Broad, Bush poet didn't quite make the finals, which gives you some idea of the quality of the performances at the Nimbin World Poetry Cup this year. This is a classic 'bush' poem, based (according to Doug) on a true story; an account of a two-up game that had the audience on the edge of its seat. If you haven't ever experienced a two-up game, this is the next best thing to being there. |
